Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We know that home maintenance is a big investment. To make things easier, we offer flexible payment plans that allow you to break up the cost of your project into manageable installments. Just ask us about our current financing options during your free estimate!
Are your estimates really free?
You bet. We’ll come out to your home, assess the project, and give you a detailed, no-obligation quote. No hidden fees, no "surprise" additions later—just honest pricing.
How do you handle changes to the project?
Communication is our top priority. If you decide to add a room or change a stain color mid-project, we’ll provide a "Change Order" with the updated pricing so everything stays transparent.
Likewise, if we’re mid-job and discover something that needs extra attention—like hidden wood rot or a needed drywall repair—we never just move forward and bill you later. We will always pause, consult with you to go over your options and next steps, and wait for your green light before proceeding. You are always in the driver’s seat!
What kind of paint do you use?
We exclusively use professional-grade, high-durability finishes from industry-leading brands. We select top-tier lines specifically designed to withstand the Colorado sun and drastic temperature swings to ensure your home stays vibrant for years.
Do I need to be home while you work?
For exterior painting, gutter cleaning, or pressure washing, you don't need to be home as long as we have access to water and the areas being serviced. For interior work, we’ll coordinate a schedule that fits your life!
What payment methods do you accept?
We make it as easy as possible to get your project started! We currently accept:

When is payment due?
For most projects, we operate on a simple schedule: a deposit to get you on the books and cover initial materials, with the final balance due only once the job is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the results.
